 Pastor Joe Grande -
Pastor Joe Grande came to Faith Baptist Church in 1991. He graduated from Hyles-Anderson College in Crown Point, Indiana in 1986. Over the past 15 years, Pastor Grande has guided Faith Baptist Church from a brand new church to a well-established, growing church spreading the light of the Gospel to Bakersfield and throughout the world. His wife, Barbara, and he have six children: Rose, Valerie, Carissa, Nick, Bethany and Michelle.
 Assistant Pastor Jonathan Van Dyke -
Jonathan Van Dyke has served at Faith Baptist Church since February of 2005. He serves as assistant pastor, youth pastor, and principal of Faith Baptist Academy. He graduated from Hyles-Anderson College in Crown Point, Indiana in 2004. Bro. Van Dyke's family came to Faith Baptist when he was 10 years old, and he counts it a privilege to serve the Lord in his home church. Brother Van Dyke and his wife, Mandy, have been married for two years.
